Understand the different social protection programmes that transfer assets and skills of people for self-employment and public works programmes that enable people to cope with poverty. Explore the alternative coping strategies/good practices for poverty reduction. |

| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. Participants should have access to good internet connection and computer/laptops with audio-visual facilities The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. |
