Participants should be above 20 years and below 50 years of age and should be from North Eastern States only. 2. Should be working in the area of employment generation, micro enterprise or micro-finance. 3. Should be well-versed in speaking either English or Hindi. 4. Should have a minimum qualification of 12th standard. |
