Our major objective is to discuss and debate the broad scenario of employment in the present and future, which inter-alia include sectoral changes, gender, future of work etc. for creating quality employment.

The programme aims at equipping the participants with growing urbanization; migration of poor families from rural to urban areas is resulting in increasing labour force participation of unskilled women workers

To enhance organization building capacity of the construction workers/union activists.

The programme aims at equipping the participants with challenges and opportunities in the learning process and world of work including the emergence of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR or Industry 4.0), New Education Policy which would enable them to enhance their capability as well guide the students for the preparedness for future of work.
