How the training is likely to benefit the nominee as well as the organisation I am working in agriculture finance.This is Ayaz Ahmad, Doctorate Research Scholar, Working on 'Agriculture Finance' . In India, various formal financial institutions available for providing loan to small and marginal farmer, but Hooda and Tarway, 2015 clearly indicates that 36 per cent farmers still getting loan from informal sources that means effectiveness of formal institution is not sufficient that is why farmers are still dependent on informal sources. Informal channel of credit loan to farmer gradually get them into vicious cycle of loan repayment, and some times farmer distress and takes unethical decision of farmer suicides. so This training organized by VV GIRI Labor institute can give me opportunity to learn tool and techniques which provide me to explore real prevailing situation of farmers’ thus it is my humble request to you that consider me for this learning opportunity, I shall be thanking you for you kind consideration.
