Course Aim The programme aims at equipping the delegates with different training skills
Course Objective
  • To  impart  knowledge  about  the  importance  of  technical  and  behavioural training; 
  • To enhance competencies of trainees in different training skills;
  • To discuss with the delegates regarding the use of appropriate training techniques and methods in different programmes; and 
  • To enthuse the delegates with need and modalities of conducting rural labour camps. 
Course Profile Need and importance of training in today’s world, training skills including behavioural skills, modern techniques of training and art and craft of designing training programmes etc.
