| Course Objective | To address labour market inequalities and its impact on women workers, To develop a conceptual understanding on the issue that women and men experience poverty differently due to gender differences, To understand changing labour market and employment relations and its impact on health and safety of workers in the informal economy, To enable the participants to develop an understanding about the role of different social partners in ensuring safety and health at workplace. |
