Course Title Online Training Programme on Good Governance for Effective Implementation of Development Programmes
Course Objective To understand the concept, features and importance of good governance. To discuss the various development/welfare programmes in operation. To discuss the issues arise in the effective implementations. To deliberate on the mechanisms for the effective delivery.
Course Profile Concept and components of Good Governance, Understanding Work, Dynamics and aspiration level of working mass, Deliberation on issues with reference to the current scenario and prospects for Effectiveness of Development initiatives like Employment Generation Programmes, Skill Development Initiatives for Employability & Entrepreneurship ,Social Security and Health Protection measures, Welfare provisions with reference to women, Role of Convergence and Partnership, Good Practices.
Methodology This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature.
Participation Level Government Officers entrusted with Planning and Implementations of development and welfare initiatives, Development Professionals and Labour Department Officials.
