| Course Aim | This course aims at enhancing the understanding and capabilities of Officers/Representatives of Public and Private Sector Undertakings in ensuring Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). |
| Course Objective | Provide an overview of the basics of safety, health and welfare as per the Factories Act. Provide an understanding of workplace risk management. Understand the OSH Code in details. Develop insight on women safety at the workplace. Developing capacity for managing safety and health at workplace. |
| Course Profile | Understanding Occupational Safety and Health; capacity building for initiating safety and health at workplace; sharing experiences and best practices. |
| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature. |
