Methodology Lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, case studies and experience sharing
Participation Level Trade union leaders from central trade unions working in Organised/Unorganised sector and representative of NGOs from North-Eastern States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Sikkim. Course Profile Human Rights and Constitutional Frame Work of Labour Legislations and Compliance; Regulatory Compliance under Factories Act, 1948; Regulatory Compliance under Wage Legislations; Regulatory Compliance under the Law relating to Shops and Commercial Establishments; Regulatory Compliance under the select Social Security Legislations; Regulatory Compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970; Regulatory Compliance under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
