Course Objective Discuss the major objectives and features of the Code on Social Security, 2020 Understand the various social security schemes under the code with reference organised and unorganized sector, the coverage and registration processes for each of the benefits Discuss the role of the different social security organisation/bodies to administer the social security schemes and penalty provisions for different offences Understand the reforms/changes that have been made in the Code and how the reforms will address the issues of the workers and also impact the employers and their businesses
Course Profile Understand the various social security schemes with reference to organised and unorganised sector; understand the reforms in the Code and the impact on workers and employers
Methodology Lectures, group discussions and presentations
Participation Level Central and State Government officials and representatives of Central Trade Unions below 60 years of age with at least five years of experience. The participants should have working knowledge of English or Hindi.

The present course aims at enhancing the understanding and capabilities of social partners to ensure decent working standards in the Digital Gig Economy.
Course Objective Understand and appreciate the major transformations in the world of work Sensitive participants on the employment and livelihood related impacts associated with the digital gig economy Understand the need for application of decent work standards in the digital gig economy Acquire knowledge on new forms of labour management practices to ensure decent digital work standards Understand global best practices on decent working conditions for the workers in the digital gig economy Sharpen skills and insights for supervision, coordination and inclusion of decent work practices in the Digital Gig Economy.

Course Aim The programme aims at enhancing the understanding of the participants on the process of labour reforms in India. It would orient the participants to have an understanding on the key features of various labour codes.
Course Objective To discuss the overall framework of labour legislation in India and the context of labour law reforms; To provide an overview of the constitutional framework for formulation of labour legislation; To discuss the key features of four labour codes and rules; To understand the implication of these codes on the labour market.
Course Profile The Code on Wages, Code on Industrial Relations, Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code and Social Security Code and Draft Central Rules.
Methodology This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures and discussions, followed by questions and answers. Each session will be based on a structured Power Point Presentation.
