The programme aims to equip the participants with knowledge and skills for effective Identification, release and immediate rehabilitation of Bonded Labour- (adult and child) and Child Labour.

The programme aims at imparting and developing managerial skills relating to labour laws, regulatory compliance of labour laws and contract labour management.

The programme aims to make the participants understand the linkages between Gender, Work and Development, identifying issues and sensitise them against gender discrimination related to work and enrich the knowledge of participants with gender sensitive policies, programmes and good practices towards addressing the issues for inclusive and sustainable development.
