Course Aim | The programme aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of labour reforms in India. It will focus on the key features of the new labour codes and explore the emerging issues surrounding their implementation and impact. |
Course Profile | Constitutional and human rights framework of various labour codes; The Code on Wages; Code on Industrial Relations; Labour Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions; Code on Social Security. |

Participation Level | The programme is open to entry-level officers from central and state government departments, officials from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), representatives from private sector organisations, trade unions, and labour welfare boards. In the interest of promoting inclusive participation and addressing the needs of vulnerable and marginalised groups, nominations of participants from reserved categories (SC/ST) and women are especially encouraged. |
