The methodology is essentially participative and dialogical and makes full use of the total time at the disposal of the participants. Methods geared to meet the varying needs of the participants such as lectures, discussions, case studies, audio-visual aids, library and reading assignments, periodic assessment, country specific project work, field visits to industrial units will be used during the programme.
Officials from government departments, institutions, representatives from employee/employers’ organisations, Executives from industrial and service sector and other officials connected with administrative work etc. This programme is for foreign nationals sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme.
