| Course Objective | Address various concepts and theories related to labour. Familiarize participants with the different qualitative research techniques. Equip participants with the understanding and applicability of various qualitative methods. Develop capacity to analyse and interpret qualitative data. |

| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing Each session will be based on a structured Power Point presentation. |
| Participation Level | Young teachers and research scholars from Universities, Research Institutions and professionals in government organizations working in the area of labour research and policy. We will appreciate if participants from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and women participants are also nominated. |
