| Course Profile | Constitutional and human rights framework of various labour codes; The Labour Code on Wages, 2019; Labour Code on Industrial Relations 2020; Labour Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions 2020; Labour Code on Social Security 2020. |
| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures and discussions, followed by questions and answers. Each session will be based on a structured Power Point Presentation. |
| Participation Level | State and District Level Trade Union Representatives from Central Trade Unions. Further, as this is an online training, those enrolling in the programme should have access to internet and laptop/desktop with audio-visual facilities. |
