Online Training Programme on Gender, Decent Work and Social Protection
To address labour market inequalities and its impact on women workers, To develop a conceptual understanding on the issue that women and men experience poverty differently due to gender differences, To understand changing labour market and employment relations and its impact on health and safety of workers in the informal economy, To enable the participants to develop an understanding about the role of different social partners in ensuring safety and health at workplace.
Conceptual understanding of gender, decent work and social protection of women workers, understand the impact of informality on the safety, health and welfare provisions.
This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature.
