Course Objective To discuss concerns pertaining to gender parity in the Employment. To develop understanding with regard to new directions in labour laws and judicial interpretations with specific emphasis on women engaged in the Employment. To develop strategies for effective enforcement of laws pertaining to the women in Employment.
Course Profile Understanding Gender, Gender parity in the Employment, affirmative policies to promote inclusive integration of the women at workplaces, work life balance e.t.c.,
Methodology This training will be delivered in online mode. The training will primarily be interactive in nature with the provision of case studies; dissemination of documentaries; group work; assignments and presentations.
Participation Level Officials from Central and State Governments/ UTs, and academicians are expected to apply for this programme. For the welfare of vulnerable and marginalized section of the society, we will appreciate if participants from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) are also nominated. Participants should have working knowledge of Hindi/English Language. Further, as this is an online training, those enrolling in the programme should have access to internet and laptop/desktop /smart phone with audio-visual facilities.

Course Objective To acquire the knowledge of substantive as well as procedural contents of Industrial Relations Law. To have an understanding of Social Security Legislation. To develop an insight into the Wage Law. To gather an understanding of the law relating to Contract Labour.
Course Profile Salient features of Industrial Relations Laws including Trade Unions Act, IE(S.O) Act and Industrial Disputes Act, Objectives and salient features of social security laws including Employees Compensation Act, Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, Payment of Gratuity Act and Salient features of the law relating to wages.
Methodology This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature.

Course Objective The programme is specifically being organised by the Institute in order to achieve following main objectives:- 1- To impart knowledge and skills for Identification and prevention of Child Labour and bonded labour; 2- To equip the participants with knowledge of laws and procedures in releasing and rehabilitating bonded labour and child labour 3- To develop skills for strengthening interventions capacity for rehabilitation of child labour and bonded labour 4- To impart skills for convergence of stakeholders efforts and benefits of development programmes for elimination of child labour and bonded labour.
