Course Objective	Develop employability skills. Enhance personality, leadership and communication skills. Understand the world of work
Course Profile	Overview of employability skills including personality and communication skills, Role of leadership in personal development and communication process. Competence of youth in the globalised labour market scenario.
Methodology	This interactive workshop would be for Government Officials, Researchers and Representatives from Employers and Workers Organisations.
Participation Level	Students from Universities/Colleges and Research Institutions. Participants should have working knowledge of English. Participants should have access to internet and computer with audio-visual facilities.

Course Title	Online Training Programme on Informality, New Forms of Work and Social Protection
Course Aim	The programme aims to sensitize the participants about the changing nature of employment, the inequalities arising out of these changes and the need for social protection. It would enable participants to understand the international standards and existing legal instruments as well as some global best practices in order to promote workers’ rights, based on a model of social justice.
Course Objective	Provide an overview of the changing nature of employment, the existing inequalities in the labour market with regard to employment and the need for social security and protection. To sensitize the participants on the various international labour standards/instruments as well as good practices in the area of social security and protection. To develop insight on the existing national polices and legal instruments in the area of social security and protection of workers. To discuss strategies for the promotion of decent work and practices that fulfill the guidelines of the SDGs
Course Profile	Existing labour market inequalities, international standards/instruments in the area of social security and protection, challenges with regard to the existing national policies and legislations on social security and protection, international best practices.
Methodology	This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature.

Course Title	Online Training Programme on Rehabilitation of Recued/Released Bonded Labour and Child Labour
Course Aim	The programme aims to equip participants with skills and knowledge for effective and timely identification, rescue, release and rehabilitation of Child Labour and Bonded Labour.
Course Objective	To enhance the understanding on the various dimensions of vulnerability to Child Labour and Bonded Labour. To impart knowledge on various government schemes for rehabilitation of child labour and bonded labour. To identify major gaps in the rehabilitation process and discuss ways of addressing the gaps towards effective implementation of the Schemes particularly the NCLP Scheme and also the Central Sector Scheme on Bonded Labour Rehabilitation (2016). To discuss the importance of education and livelihood as key components of successful rehabilitation and to share best practices from different regions of the country.
Course Profile	Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, Bonded Labour System Abolition Act, NCLP Scheme, Bonded Labour Rehabilitation and other relevant Central Sector Schemes, Recovery of Wages (Back wages), Sharing Best Practices, Models and Convergence of Efforts
