Course Aim
The programme aims to equip the participants with skills and knowledge for effective Identification, Release and immediate rehabilitation (Critical Crisis Period) of bonded labourers

Course Profile
Bonded Labour Rehabilitation Scheme (MOLE 2016), BLSA Act (1976), CALPR Act, IPC 370, Standard Operating Procedures on Child Labour and Bonded Labour (MoLE), Role of Statutory and Law Enforcement bodies (Police, Labour Department, Vigilance Committees, District Magistrates), Data sources on child labour and bonded labour.
Methodology
Training will be imparted in on-line mode. Participants should have access to good internet connection and computer/laptops with audio-visual facilities. Interactive and participative in nature.

Online Capacity Development Programme on Code on Wages and Social Security
Course Aim
The programme aims at developing capacity of all the stake-holders to understand the changes in the wage code and its implications on workers and businesses.
Course Objective
The major objectives of the course will be to:
Provide an overview and key reform measures undertaken in the Code on Wages, 2019, contrasting them with provisions of the existing four wage related regulations;
Provide an overview and key reform measures undertaken in the Code on Wages (Central) Rule 2020;
Share possible Implications of the Wage Code and Wage Rules on workers and businesses; and
Stimulate exchange of views and experiences among participants.

Online Training Programme on Skill Development for Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship
Course Aim
The programme aims to acquaint the young participants with the knowledge, importance and prospects of skill development in enhancing employability and entrepreneurship of youth. The programme will enrich their understanding of skill and its importance, enhance their capabilities and enable them to play larger role for the skill development of youth of the nation.

The workshop aims to enhance data-handling skills among stakeholders engaged in labour research and also those engaged in planning, implementing and monitoring the flagship programmes pertaining to the issue of labour. It will provide hands-on skills to the stakeholders in data management, quantitative sample survey methods, etc. For instance, unit-level data (such as PLFS) handling which includes data extraction, cleaning, validation, codification, and analysis.
