| Course Aim | The programme aims to sensitize the participants about the existing gaps in the provision of social security for the unorganized sector workers and the need for universal social security. |
| Course Objective | To sensitise the participants about the existing gaps in the provision of social security for the unorganised sector workers; To sensitize the participants about the legislative framework for social security, social security schemes for workers; To familiarize the participants with the new labour codes To enhance the behavioural skills of the participants |

| Participation Level | Government Officials and Central Trade Union Leaders. We will appreciate if participants from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and women candidates are nominated for the training. |
