Course Aim To build the capacity of officials in order to promote the effective system of Recognition of Prior Learning (RRL) in India
Course Objective The objective programme to familiarize the stakeholders with benefits of the recognition of Prior Learning System (RPL), its establishment and Implementation
Course Profile The concept of RPL; Role of ILO in effective implementation of RPLS; role of RPLFS in promoting Decent work , formalization of informal, employability, mobility, lifelong learning, social inclusion, and self-esteem among different sections of the labour force; Need for RPLs in India; Policy initiatives towards establishing RPLS in India; Skill Development and RPL; Challenges and opportunities in implementation
