| Course Objective | · To enable the participants to be able to Understand the definitions of ‘child’ and ‘child labour’; Understand causes and forms of child labour; Understand the magnitude and geographic spread of Child Labour · To equip the participants with abilities towards forging convergence among various schemes focusing on Child Labour families · To impart skills of identifying children at work for effective rehabilitation · To share successful experiences of child labour prevention and elimination |
| Course Profile | Factors that promote Child Labour; Child Labour from the perspective of child rights, child survival, child protection and child development frame work; Adverse impact of child labour; Geographical areas having high concentration of Child Labour by age and gender to be able to prioritize the geographical areas where they should focus. |
