| Course Title | Training programme on Social Security for All – Ensuring Decent work and Protection |
| Course Aim | The programme aims to sensitize the participants about the changing nature of employment, the inequalities arising out of these changes and the need for social protection. It would enable participants to understand the international standards and existing legal instruments as well as some global best practices in order to promote workers’ rights, based on a model of social justice. |
| Course Objective | Provide an overview of the changing nature of labour market, the existing inequalities and the need for social security and protection. Understand the emerging perspectives, International Standards on social security Discuss strategies for the promotion of decent work and standards that fulfill the guidelinesof the SDGs Discuss the global good practices in the area of social security and protection. Develop insight on the existing national polices and legal instruments Discuss the Code on Social Security, 2020 in detail |
