Course Aim | The programme aims to develop an understanding of the need for social security for workers in the unorganized sector . |
Course Objective | · Discuss key issues and concerns of workers in the unorganized sector · Acquaint participants with the concept of social security and the need for social security for workers in the unorganised sector · Acquaint participants with select labour laws and social security provisions for workers in the unorganized sector · Discuss the challenges in implementing social security programmes and strategies for overcoming the challenges · Familiarize participants with different micro level social security experiments |
