Understanding the key changes; major objectives and features of the various labour codes - The Labour Code on Wages, 2019; Labour Code on Social Security 2020; Labour Code on Industrial Relations 2020; Labour Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions 2020. Discuss the role of the different organization/bodies to administer the provisions and the penalties. Understanding how the reforms will address the issues of the workers and impact the employers and their businesses. |
| Course Profile | Understanding the various labour codes - The Labour Code on Wages, 2019; Labour Code on Social Security 2020; Labour Code on Industrial Relations 2020; Labour Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions 2020. Understanding the imoplication of the different Codes on workers and employers. |
| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures and discussions, followed by questions and answers. Each session will be based on a structured Power Point Presentation. |
| Participation Level | Labour Officials from Central and State/UTs Labour Departments. Further, as this is an online training, those enrolling in the programme should have access to internet and laptop/desktop with audio-visual facilities. |
