Course Aim The programme aims at equipping Labour Enforcement Officials with the skills of dealing with enforcement of labour laws on safety, health and welfare of workers.
Course Objective
  • Develop a conceptual understanding of the need for safety and health of workers. 
  • Understand fundamentals of labour laws on safety, health and welfare of workers.
  • Identify difficulties in the way of effective enforcement of labour laws on safety
    and health.
  • Address remedial measures for effective enforcement of labour laws on safety and health including the enforcement process in construction sector.
