| Course Profile | Overview of employment in the unorganized sector; Decent Employment; Concept of Social Security and its status; Social security Code; Social Security Schemes, both Central and State Specific; Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board, funds and schemes; Unique practices adopted to provide social security for unorganised workers |
| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures and discussions, followed by questions and answers. Each session will be based on a structured Power Point Presentation. |
