The course will discuss labour governance frameworks, including labour codes, social security provisions, welfare schemes, and policy initiatives aimed at improving working conditions and livelihood security. Particular attention will be given to challenges related to access to rights, entitlements, social protection, and public services. The programme will also explore the role of worker organisations, trade unions, self-help groups, cooperatives, and other collective platforms in advancing women’s labour rights and voice.
