This will facilitate the ease of doing business and employment generation. Recent years with all other labour codes, the wage code and the wage rules have introduced several aspects of reform related to the minimum wage, payment of wages and equal remuneration system of the country. Hence, it is important to understand the changes in the wage code and its implications on workers and businesses. |
