Mega trends like technological advancements, globalisation, and demographic transitions are providing new opportunities as well as posing fresh challenges in the world of work. Labour regulations are being re-oriented to respond to these transformations. It is in this context that this programme provides an opportunity for the concerned stakeholders to understand and analyse opportunities and challenges relating to labour-management relations in a transforming world of work. It also provides a platform to discuss the implications of the recently enacted Labour Codes on industrial relations and trade unions. |
