Course Profile | Overview of Policies, Laws and constitutional provisions relating to child labour and bonded labour; cases studies to discuss the linkage between bonded labour, distress migration and human trafficking; role of key departments of the State Governments and the line Departments of the District Administration; Role of child Protection Mechanisms and structures; Standard Operating Procedures, Central Sector Schemes and the status of their implementation and other related matters. |
Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature. |
Participation Level | Labour Department officials, Police and AHTU officials, Revenue Officials, District Administration officials including DMs and SDMs etc, Vigilance Committee members & NGOs from the States of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh. |
