| Course Aim | The programme aims at putting increasing emphasis on enhancing the skills of workforce in general and women in particular for enhancing employability, entrepreneurship and to facilitate for decent employment. |
| Course Objective | Understand the World of Work , Future of Work and Decent Employment Situate the importance of skill development for employability, entrepreneurship in general and women in particular in the Emerging Economy Familiarize the participants with skill development avenues and initiatives Discuss appropriate strategies for skill development in the informal sector occupations. Enable the participants to play larger role along with enhancing individual capacity. |
