| Course Aim | The programme aims at putting increasing emphasis on skills development of women for enhancing employability, entrepreneurship to facilitate decent employment and sustainable development in North East Region. |
| Course Objective | Understand the World of Work, Future of Work and Decent Employment. Situate the importance of skill development for employability, entrepreneurship in general and women in particular. Familiarize the participants with skill development avenues and initiatives. Discuss appropriate strategies and Effectiveness of skill development in the informal sector occupations. Enable participants to be effective in demonstrating leadership role. |
