| Course Objective | To understand the World of Work , Future of Work and Decent Employment, To situate the importance of skill development for employability in general and for youth in particular in the Emerging Economy. To familiarize the participants with skill development avenues and initiatives. To enable the participants to play larger role along with enhancing individual capacity. |

| Methodology | This training will be delivered in an online mode. The training will primarily make use of lectures, case studies and experience sharing. It will also include group discussions and thus be participative in nature. |
| Participation Level | Master Degree Students from Universities and Institutes. We will appreciate if participants from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) are also nominated. |
