Course Profile | Bonded Labour Rehabilitation Scheme (MOLE 2016), BLSA Act (1976), CALPR Act, IPC 370, Standard Operating Procedures on Child Labour and Bonded Labour (MoLE), Role of Statutory and Law Enforcement bodies (Police, Labour Department, Vigilance Committees, District Magistrates), Data sources on child labour and bonded labour. |
Methodology | Training will be imparted in on-line mode. Participants should have access to good internet connection and computer/laptops with audio-visual facilities. Interactive and participative in nature. |
Participation Level | Officials of Police Department from SJPUs, Missing Children Units, Cells for Crime against Women and Children, Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs)from all the States of the Country. |
