| Participation Level | The programme is open to entry-level officers from central and state government departments, officials from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), representatives from private sector organisations, trade unions, and labour welfare boards. In the interest of promoting inclusive participation and addressing the needs of vulnerable and marginalised groups, nominations of participants from reserved categories (SC/ST) and women are especially encouraged. |
