The course will also discuss ILO standards and global best practices relating to minimum wage system. The course will also provide opportunity to the participants to have intensive interface with policy makers and scholars on the subject of wage policies. |

The programme also aims at addressing larger questions of women’s empowerment and agency by effective designing of the social protection mechanisms in order to prevent gender based deprivation and ensure social protection through a rights based approach. |
